Today, I would like to introduce some methods to you, let's do everything possible to lay out and improve ahead of time before the start of the Canton Fair, and then win the first place in the online Canton Fair!


1. Planning of LVB content.


First of all, you need to be clear about the theme.

Topics can be: the company's brand story, the company's technical strength, the company's philosophy, award-winning media interviews, production process, product advantages, after-sales service.


Note: the content needs to be able to meet customer needs or answer customer questions.


2. Schedule the live broadcast (take 60 minutes as an example).


  • Welcome to the opening: 5 minutes.
  • Product description: 15: 25 minutes.
  • In-depth content / extended topic: 10: 20 minutes.
  • Question and answer session: 10: 20 minutes.
  • Conclusion: 5 minutes.


Note: 5: 20 minutes for each link is better. The start time of the live broadcast needs to be arranged taking into account the time difference of the target customer.


3. The setting of the live broadcast room.


  • Background-monochrome and simple.
  • Camera-clear.
  • Radio-high quality, no noise.
  • Light source-bright.
  • Network-Stability.
  • Other assistive tools: cue cards, products ….


Note: external cameras, microphones, supplementary lights and 4G routers that can improve the quality are all added points.


4. Staffing of LVB.


  • Support person-mainly responsible for the opening, passing and ending; controlling the time rhythm; assisting the interaction between the speaker and the customer; confirming the questions and reactions of the speaker and the customer.
  • Speaker-different speakers on different topics, awaken the attention of customers. Is an internal product expert, external industry expert, customer endorsement or experience sharing.
  • Small helper-keep the live broadcast smooth and solve technical problems at any time; manage the content of the message area, pay attention to inappropriate speeches, collect questions, respond to questions, or post messages; make sure that the speaker is aware of customer questions and reactions; if there are people in small languages, you can arrange for one to act as an interpreter.


5. Be sure to rehearse.


This link is particularly important and can not be ignored.


  • Familiar with the operation of live broadcast platform.
  • The test equipment is running normally.
  • The live broadcast process, transition, interactive arrangement and so on are smooth.
  • At least 2 rehearsals (the day before the live broadcast and one hour before the live broadcast).


Note:prepare for the record of live broadcast interruption or emergency.


6.Recommend live interactive play.


  • Instant voting or grading-ask the customer's experience; know what the customer thinks.
  • You ask me to answer-the speaker asks questions, the customer answers through a message or joint broadcasting; the audience asks questions by leaving a message, and the speaker intersperses or focuses on answering; in addition, staff are arranged to answer questions and interact in the message area.
  • Take home a nice gift-fill out a questionnaire and send a good gift; leave a message to participate in the lucky draw, etc.


Note: the speaker's immediate response to the customer can make the interaction more popular and add points to the live broadcast.

Video equipment.


You can choose "high-resolution, autofocus camera" or "push camera".

Alternating current must be used, because if the live broadcast time is long, direct current may not be able to meet the conditions, and the quantity can be determined according to the scene you want to display at the same time.

For example, if you want to display three scenes at the same time, you need to prepare at least three sets; if you want to join an one-to-one scene, you also need to prepare several one-to-one cameras; if there is insufficient light in the LVB area, you also need to prepare lighting equipment.


Audio equipment.


If you want to show the image of the company during the live broadcast, there should be a microphone to show the image of the company, even if it is a device.

You need a Todo wireless collar microphone to connect to your phone or camera, because there is no way to free up the microphone if you want to make a product presentation.

In an one-on-one scene, it must be the best combination of earband microphone and headset.
